At ETQ Amsterdam, we stand by the quality of our footwear and offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition. If your purchase isn't quite right, we provide a streamlined process for both domestic and international returns.
Registration
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Packaging
Place the items in their original ETQ shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping
Attach the provided prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
